The Marl pit transformation to a new community woodland is nearing completion and will be open to the public this weekend. The official opening is Saturday, 3 June at 11.30am, when Mid-Norfolk MP, George Freeman will ‘cut the ribbon’ and The Rev'd Stephen Thorp will bless the new woodland.

The new sign that will be at the entrance gate, located just off Kett's Hill. This wonderful artwork commission was produced by local artist Christopher Hollick www.facebook.com/Hollickart

From this moment on, the woodland will be an open space for residents to enjoy.
