The 9th January was a lovey sunny morning in Necton and ideal for our ivy removal activities. A row of popular trees has marked the entrance from the A47 to the village for over 40 years. A green landmark that was in need of rescuing from the grip of ivy which if left much longer would surely quench the life from these soldier like trees.
